Browser delivery
Rowvexa is a digital browser tool; no physical item is shipped and no shipping fee applies. AI extraction requires a network connection to the processing service. Editing and exporting results run in your browser. Use a current browser with JavaScript and file-download support.
Activation and service period
Access is activated within 24 hours after payment confirmation. An email provides access instructions and the actual start and end dates. Your selected period starts on activation, not on payment, and does not renew automatically. A full refund ends the corresponding paid access.
Your deliverables
Paid access covers the AI text-extraction workspace: TXT/Markdown input up to 20,000 characters, up to 10 fields and 20 records per extraction, source-quote review, editing and CSV/JSON export. AI output requires your review and is not guaranteed to be accurate. Extracted records appear in the workspace and exports download to your device. Export before closing or refreshing the tab.
If access is not activated
If you have not received your activation email within 24 hours after payment confirmation, check your spam folder and contact Support or support@rowvexa.com with your order reference. The service period does not start before actual activation. If purchased service is not delivered, you may request a refund of the undelivered portion under the refund policy.
If delivery fails
If a download is blocked, permit downloads for this site and export again before closing the tab. For an order access issue, keep the purchase reference and contact Support. No physical returns process applies to this digital tool.
