The service
Rowvexa extracts structured records from text using AI. Define fields, review source quotes, edit values and export CSV or JSON. AI output can be incorrect; verify results before use. It is not legal, medical or financial advice.
Your content and responsibilities
Use only content you own or are authorised to process. You retain your content rights. Check the exported report and original output before relying on them. Do not submit passwords, API keys or private payment details.
Prices and service periods
The pricing page and checkout identify the ISO currency, total price and fixed service period. Periods do not renew automatically. No free trial is included. Read the checkout total and applicable terms before ordering. Card statement name: ROWVEXA.
Purchase, access and refunds
Your first purchase of any service period qualifies for a full refund if requested within 7 calendar days after purchase. After that, a change of mind alone does not qualify. Verified duplicate charges and undelivered service are not subject to this 7-day limit. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected. Access is activated within 24 hours after payment confirmation. An email provides access instructions and the actual start and end dates. Your selected period starts on activation, not on payment, and does not renew automatically. A full refund ends the corresponding paid access. Request help through Support or support@rowvexa.com. We first reply within 2 business days and decide within 5 business days after receiving complete information. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 2 business days; bank posting time is additional. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays at the operating business’s location.
Accessibility statement
The workspace uses labelled inputs, keyboard controls and text-based results. Browser zoom and reduced-motion preferences are supported. Report a barrier through Support with the affected page and operation. This is not a certification of conformance.
Copyright and DMCA
Do not use the service to infringe content rights. A rights request should identify the work, the relevant URL, the reason for the claim and a reply address. Contact the site operator through Support; no registered agent is represented here.
Limits of a check
A matching quote proves only that the quoted words occur in the source. It does not guarantee that an extracted value is correct, complete or suitable for a decision. Missing facts are left empty. Review all values and edits independently.
